How do I add links people submit to my link pages?

Step 1: Select the "Approve Submitted Links" tab.

The "Approve Submitted Links" page displays entries for sites that were submitted for a link exchange. This page gives you the opportunity to preview the sites to make sure you want to trade links with them, to check that they are linking to you and to add the link to your account.

To add the link you can either select "Notify and approve" which emails the person who submits the site and lets him know of the approval, or you can select "Approve" which approves the site without sending an email and places it into your account.
