How can I get Internet Explorer to save my password so I don't have to type it in every time I log in? The first time you log into LinkAdministrator, you should be asked if you would like your password to be remembered and auto filled out everytime you come back. If you enter this information incorrectly or it is not presenting itself, here is what you need to do: Go to the Tools -> Internet options menu. Then click on the contnent tab. Click the button that says "Auto complete." Where it says "Use AutoComplete for" make sure that the "User names and passwords on forms" and "Prompt me to save passwords" selections are checked. Then click "Clear Forms" and "Clear Passwords." Now go back to LinkAdministrator and try to login. You will be presented with a dialog box asking you if you wish to save your password. Click ok.

How can I make LinkAdministrator work with Norton Personal Firewall? LinkAdministrator should work with Norton Personal Firewall when you download it. If you have the Firewall configured to block all new programs from accessing the Internet you can click on the bar that says "Personal Firewall." Then click on the second option which is "Internet Access Control." A list of programs will appear. Scroll down to where it says "Link Administrator.exe" and click on that. There will be options to the right. The three optoins are, "Permit all, Block all, and custom." Make sure "Permit all" is selected for LinkAdministrator program.
What happens to my information, will you share it with other companies? Your information will never be shared with a third party. What is referral credit and how can I use it to get a free account? Customers can choose to have a link at the bottom of their link pages to linkadministrator.com. When someone clicks this link and signs up with linkadministrator you get 1 referral credit. When five users have been reffered, you get a free account for one year. This offer is only available to current linkadministrator customers. To turn on this option click the "Format links Page" tab and click "yes" next to where it says "Earn credit towards a free account by adding a link to linkadministrator.com."
I'm having Link Administrator host my link pages, how do I get the graphics in my interface to show up? If you have Link Administrator host your web pages and also use the interface match feature to give your link pages the same look and feel as the other pages in your site, make sure that you use absolute links to the graphics and not relitive links. For example, if I have an image called image.gif, I'll use the address http://www.yourdomain/folder/image.gif and not ../image.gif
